I grew up with 4 brothers who are very competitive. When I was as young as 10 years old I started working out and loved the way it made me feel. Since then I’ve been trying to help replicate that feeling to everyone.
My goal as an instructor is to help people understand how exercise and nutrition are the most underutilized drugs in the world. I want to remind others that you have one life to live. Make the most of it. Love what you do and instill exercise into your daily routine to make life better in the present and future. If you nurture your body and mind then it will bring out the best in you.
My goal for myself is too see the good in everyday and to understand that people are facing turmoil in their lives that I may be blind to. My goal is to help in anyway and to understand that everybody was developed (brought up different) and holds their own opinion. I must remind myself to respect other people’s opinions and visions. We all have a purpose!

TNT Bootcamp (CORE)
This is a full body workout incorporating medicine balls, battle ropes, cables, dumbbells, and more. This class focuses on keeping your heart rate in the fat burning zone while helping you maintain muscle mass to keep your metabolism high. This class is a great mix of exercises to keep your body guessing to maximize results. Trainer modifies exercises to fit your level.

Join on this awesome workout designed to help lift your butt, tone your thighs, and increase your metabolism!

TNT Strength
Enhance your metabolism and strengthen your joints with this killer 45 minute burn. Utilize a mix of equipment to break through plateaus and to add lean muscle mass, which is ideal for anyone looking to burn body fat faster! Learn how to perform various weighted exercises in a group setting. Classes will usually target 1-2 specific muscle groups. Knowledge is power make your personal gym sessions more efficient and effective by attending this class.

This workout is designed to help lift your butt, tone your thighs, and increase your metabolism! If you are a male this will overall increase your testosterone and lead to muscle gain in all areas.

TNT Cardio-Flex
Transition from station to station with this 45 minute high intensity circuit workout. This class will teach you new ways to incorporate cardio training into your workouts to get shredded faster! The days of running lap after lap on the treadmill are over. Each exercise is modified for your safety and to optimize your results.

POLICIES:
MAX TIME ON CARDIO EQUIPMENT IS 10 MINUTES FOR TREADMILL, STAIRMASTER, AND ROW MACHINE.
MAX TIME ON CABLE EQUIPMENT IS 5 MINUTES.
DILLON WILL HAVE WORKOUTS WRITTEN OUT FOR YOU IF YOU'D LIKE A PROGRAM.
