Express Ride
This is a high intensity, high energy class that focuses on cardiovascular health while you ride to the rhythm for 30 minutes. Perfect for those with a tight schedule who need to be in and out. New to exercise? Do not hesitate to try out our Express Ride you can always take class at your own pace and no one will notice if you're not at the same pace as them.

Hot Yoga Flow - Consisting of poses and breath work to build strength and endurance, lengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Classes offer heat building sections with deeper holds and instructors will provide modifications for progressions to take it up a notch and regressions for a more restorative flow. No matter your level you will fit in perfectly. Enjoy the benefits of infrared light just by attending class.
Restore - Need to relax? This class is for you! Enhance your mood, boost your immune system, balance your nervous system, heal your mind and body while stretching and flexing in a deeply relaxed state.
*Every hot yoga class ends with a cool damp towel + essential oils placed on your forehead at the end of the flow. Cancel your spa visit and come to hot yoga!
BE FIT CLASS
A 45 minute class combining body weight movements, weight training exercises, barre techniques and cycling intervals for a full body workout you won't want to miss! Each class is different so you'll never get bored with your routine. This class takes place in our studio room.
BE STRONG
This is a 45 minute strength training class. Designed to get a personal body building like workout in a small group setting. Each class will focus on building strength and toning muscles in one area of the body.
