Express Ride 

This is a high intensity, high energy class that focuses on cardiovascular health while you ride to the rhythm for 30 minutes. Perfect for those with a tight schedule who need to be in and out. New to exercise? Do not hesitate to try out our Express Ride you can always take class at your own pace and no one will notice if you're not at the same pace as them.

Hot Yoga Flow - Consisting of poses and breath work to build strength and endurance, lengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Classes offer heat building sections with deeper holds and instructors will provide modifications for progressions to take it up a notch and regressions for a more restorative flow. No matter your level you will fit in perfectly. Enjoy the benefits of infrared light just by attending class.

Restore - Need to relax? This class is for you! Enhance your mood, boost your immune system, balance your nervous system, heal your mind and body while stretching and flexing in a deeply relaxed state. 

 

*Every hot yoga class ends with a cool damp towel + essential oils placed on your forehead at the end of the flow. Cancel your spa visit and come to hot yoga!

TNT Strength - Enhance your metabolism and strengthen your joints with this killer 45 minute burn. Utilize a mix of equipment to break through plateaus and to add lean muscle mass, which is ideal for anyone looking to burn body fat faster! Learn how to perform various weighted exercises in a group setting. Classes will usually target 1-2 specific muscle groups. Knowledge is power. Make your personal gym sessions more efficient and effective by attending this class.

TNT Pulse 360 - Can you move to the beat for 45 minutes? This class is designed to sculpt all 360 degrees of your body by pumping you up with our electric beats while keeping your heart rate in the fat burning zone. Don't be intimidated these classes are high energy, motivational, and educational. You won't realize you're torching calories! Classes consist of a number of circuits that focus on all aspects of training. Each class you will learn how to safely perform the exercises.

TNT Cardio-Flex - Transition from station to station with this 45 minute high intensity circuit workout. This class will teach you new ways to incorporate cardio training into your workouts to get shredded faster! The days of running lap after lap on the treadmill are over. Each exercise is modified for your safety and to optimize your results.

TNT Cycle - This 45 minute class is a combination of cycling and weighted circuit training. Cycle through stations using our bikes and a variety of equipment to maximize your calorie burn while keeping your heart rate elevated. Are you ready to CYCLE?!

BE FIT CLASS 

A 45 minute class combining body weight movements, weight training exercises, barre techniques and cycling intervals for a full body workout you won't want to miss! Each class is different so you'll never get bored with your routine. This class takes place in our studio room.

This is a 45 minute strength training class. Designed to get a personal body building like workout in a small group setting. Each class will focus on building strength and toning muscles in one area of the body.
