Warm Vinyasa Yoga


This class is taught by:
Consisting of poses and breath work to build strength and endurance, lengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Classes offer heat building sections with deeper holds and instructors provide modifications for progressions to take it up a notch and regressions for a more restorative flow so it's fit for every person.
*Yoga mats available for rent in studio for $2
